Who the heck is Joe Downer?

Depending on who you ask, I am a somewhere between a “fired” – Sales Engineer, to an “average at best” – Sr Level, IT Support Specialist.

Regardless of who you asked, I’ve honed my skills in crafting sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing tailored solutions. My tenure as a Technical Analyst equipped me with an understanding for system security and infrastructure management. My experience as a Network and System Administrator has empowered me to optimize networks, administer servers, and implement technology upgrades.
