Cloud Solutions to get your Technology….off the Ground!

o365 & cloud migration

I already have Managed IT, why is Nimbus better for my business?

I’m glad you asked, let me respond by asking you a few questions you should be asking…

1. Did your MSP sell you expensive Firewalls or Switches to become a client or do you pay a “subscription” or monthly fee to keep your Business Network maintained? WHY?

At Nimbus, we don’t force you to invest in “Enterprise Level” firewalls or other costly network infrastructure, because we focus on getting you to the cloud and once in the cloud, we are very focused on protecting the “endpoint”.

THE WHAT? – That PC\Laptop that you work on all day and hopefully take home at night, when possible, as part of the simplest Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) scenario <— What is BCDR and why as a Business Owner do I want my employees taking office hardware home? COMING SOON!!

2. Does your MSP charge you for a server warranty, or server support, or server backups, or a server agent, or server monitoring, or Blinker Fluid for all those LEDs on your server drives? <— I’m just kidding, we all know Blinker Fluid goes in your car…
Because, once your business is completely in the cloud, what are they serving, supporting or backing up?

By moving your business apps and data to the cloud, you eliminate the need for expensive network infrastructure and your MSP should be committed to breaking the perpetual cycle of costly on-premises Servers & Network hardware.

Our commitment is to help your business thrive in a cloud-first environment, allowing you to adapt and innovate without the constraints of traditional and expensive on-premises systems.

We don’t just suggest extra layers of security with our MSP package, we include it. Beyond Multi-Factor Authentication, we have enhanced Email Security, along with EDR (yes Managed Endpoint Detection and Response). We also offer Single Sign On to simplify your user experience.

How Do You Handle Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity?

We decentralize your users and data. We get your critical everyday needs OFF your local\on Prem servers. By moving your data and access to the cloud, we make it simple for your employees to work from anywhere, at any time. Businesses are no longer at the mercy of VPN setups, or expensive Servers or complicated Directory Services or setups.

Can You Provide References?

Absolutely! We would be happy to put you in contact with some of our clients, as they would be happy to share why they switched to Nimbus from their former MSP. I can tell you in advance, we simply listen to business owners and only try to provide services you need.

What Is Your Response Time for Support Requests?

We have multiple Service Levels in place, that can be assigned by the user\client during ticket creation, or even escalated if needed:

Normal – our default SLA and is related to non-business impacting issues – Average Response time is less than 8 hours or 1 standard business day.

High – is for business impacting issues – Average Response time is less than 4 hours, during standard business hours.

Critical – is for Complete Business Outages – Average Response time is less than 1 hour, during standard business hours.

What Are Your Pricing and Contract Terms?

We have very simple pricing and terms. We start with a 36-month MSP contract but offer a solid 90 Day – Get out – option. At Nimbus Technology Solutions, we want you to trust your Technology Partner, and don’t want your business to feel “stuck” in a contract that you are simply unhappy with. If 36 months is too long or too risky, we can offer 12- or 24-month options as well.
