What Is Your Response Time for Support Requests?
We have multiple Service Levels in place, that can be assigned by the user\client during ticket creation, or even escalated if needed:
Normal – our default SLA and is related to non-business impacting issues – Average Response time is less than 8 hours or 1 standard business day.
High – is for business impacting issues – Average Response time is less than 4 hours, during standard business hours.
Critical – is for Complete Business Outages – Average Response time is less than 1 hour, during standard business hours.
What Are Your Pricing and Contract Terms?
We have very simple pricing and terms. We start with a 36-month MSP contract but offer a solid 90 Day – Get out – option. At Nimbus Technology Solutions, we want you to trust your Technology Partner, and don’t want your business to feel “stuck” in a contract that you are simply unhappy with. If 36 months is too long or too risky, we can offer 12- or 24-month options as well.
